First off, let me say that I am 100% satisfied with Chris and his business. Chris has gone above and beyond. I began talking with Chris just about 10 months ago after I placed my order for a 2020 XRS Renegade 900 turbo. After contacting Chris, I asked him roughly 25 questions. Chris took the time to answer each and every one of my questions and was very patience. After my sled arrived, I took it for one ride and noticed a throttle lag and wanted a little more power. Therefore; I contact Chris again and asked a few more questions before placing my order with a 195 Hurricane Tune and Dalton Clutch Ramp kit. Due to my schedule, I was unable to drive down to see Chris to have him install. That is when I took out my ECU and shipped it to Chris for flashing. Chris send me live videos and step by step instructions on how to get the ECU out. After shipping my ECU to Chris, he flashed it and sent it back with all the tools needed to install clutch ramps. Chris sent me these tools free of charge to do the ramp change and then allowed me to send them back. Again, FREE OF CHARGE! This is costumer service. After installing the ECU and ramps, I took it for a ride and wow. 116 mph on the rail bed and after a few hundred miles I hit 120 mph on the ice. To say the least, I am thoroughly impressed. So… if you have any questions just ask Chris and trust him. He knows his products and skidoo’s! Also, the hurricane tune is perfect and in my opinion just what the sleds needs I give the hurricane tune and Chris a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend!
